What?
I'm not sure I understand what Steak and Shake is anymore. Are they fast food? Diner? Fast casual?
One thing I know for sure is the only thing I would be interested in getting there for breakfast or any other meal is a strawberry milkshake.
Here is an idea......Steak and Shake stop trying to be everything to everybody. Focus on what you're good at.....steak and shakes.

I believe that you are right Steak and Shake should stop trying to be everything to everybody. but the fact of the matter is that when it comes to breakfast, they actually know a thing or two. Maybe they should stop concentrating on items like the fried chicken salad and focus more on breakfast foods. maybe they should change their name to Steak and Eggs (...and shakes too!).
