Today at First Watch I ordered a side of bacon for my wife.

We were awkwardly surprised when the SIDE of bacon came out as an Appetizer about 5 minutes before the rest of our food came out.
Talk about Flawless Execution.

Hi. Cool blog. Found this one and your other ones through Change This (I voted for your proposal). I wondered watch 'First Watch' was since I've never heard of it (from Toronto)...then Googled and realized it's a restaurant! Wow. That has to be one of the WORST names for a restaurant EVER! Reminds me of a medical show on NBC or something...weird. But I guess it's good?
